Every student living is going to have the good and the bad. Staying at The Rowan is more on the good side rather than the bad side. The rent rates are definitely more affordable compared to the other student apartments. The townhouses were recently renovated-major upgrade. The area inside the townhouse is also very spacious. The staff is very friendly and will do anything in their power to help. I definitely enjoy my stay here at The Rowan. ...
