from the moment i walked in it smelt like cat pee because of the 900 cats roaming around. also the random guy with the cain and the fishermans hat is very creepy and likes to spit in the pool. i think the cats use the pool as a litter box because there is constatly turds floating around in it. my room mate and i have a pet chimp and they would not let us keep her even though the guys across the street have an elephant. the landloard bs everything and told us that we could keep the magazines on the table but never gave us them. the only good thing about this experience was the free koozie and the 100 year old bottle of water. dont even try to eat the complintary candy i think its as old as moses. Unless you want constant complaints from your neighbors and threats from the office for doing nothing wrong don't move here. You'd think that paying the outlandish rent rates it is an enjoyable and peaceful community. The truth is the lack of insulation causes you to hear everyone, and keeps your moron neighbors calling the police because some one fell down or tripped. You can't watch television or play music or do anything that might make the slightest sound because your neighbor will audition for river dance above your head and when you tell management about it, then it is your fault. However, if there is a pet making annoying sounds right out side your bedroom window that wakes you don't tell management about it. They will tell you there is nothing they can do for the 900 cats that are on the property. If you live here forget about sleep it's not happening just change your schedule to suit the neighbors. The hot water heaters squeell so every morning here's your wake up call your neighbor taking a shower. Also you can hear your neighbor pee. The pool is closed without noticed and usually there is a bunch of disgusting kids spitting and peeing in it when it is open. Your not even supposed to have kids in these apartments. There is never any parking!!!!! The instituted a parking tag that was supposed to stop visitors from parking in our spots, it doesn't work. Everytime it was time to renew your lease they raised the rent and dropped the utility cap lower. Also maintanence would just walk right in if you didn't answer on the first knock. Caught me straight out of the shower once. I rented from spring '07 through fall '08. ...
