Loud, ghetto, nasty, you will not be able to sleep due to loud music and partying. The complex doesn't roommate match like they should this is not a true college campus and I've had issue with most of my roommates due to smoking, moving extra people in that's not on the lease. Bring in pets which they didn't pay a pet fees for and I'm allergic to pets and I specifically requested no smoking or pets. They don't care its all about the money. ...

This is a typical off campus college apartment complex. It is loud sometimes, but the apartments and amenities are nice. The staff is helpful and will do their best to help you with any problems you may have.

CEV Upstate is a very nice community. The rooms are nice and felt very homey and the rent is reasonable. I enjoy living here and it’s very quiet. I decorated my room just like my room at home. I enjoy it.
