Cayce Cove is a good apartment complex if you're looking for the cheapest option. Maintenance issues pop up often, and the maintenance workers aren't too friendly. Neighborhood and surrounding area was relatively safe, but in the last few months there's been a large number of car break-ins every weekend. Apartment complex is right next to railroad tracks and a quarry, so there's quite a bit of train and construction noise, but you can get used to it after awhile. Wifi, cable, and utilities are all included in your rent, and the apartments come furnished. Two-bedroom and four-bedroom layouts available, pet-friendly, and a shuttle service to campus.
