it is unquestionable that these apartments are some of the most cost-friendly in the Columbia area, but you do get what you pay for. I would encourage any potential renter to view the apartment you will be staying in yourself. I can only speak for my individual apartment, but the walls and ceilings are poorly done and painted; and it shows when you take a closer look. My biggest concern about this residence is the safety. In less than four months of living at the Hollows, we have had a doormat stolen as well as a car stolen from a parking spot directly in front of our apartment. For the price you pay here, it is likely worth it, but looking back, I wish we would have looked for a complex with an actual gate that locks or even some kind of video footage at the least.
