Don't expect quick maintenance if you live here. There was a broken front door for months. People would be locked out in the middle of the Iowan blizzards for a good ten to fifteen minutes while they tried to get in or found someone to let them in. There is no website. No way to contact unless you call or email. There are only two washers and two dryers. Half the time at least one is not working, sometimes more than one. The walls are paper-thin, but that is every apartment. However, the apartment itself is nice. It is spacious and clean. It is a very quiet neighborhood. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...
