The Cedars is a great place to live! It is a very social apartment complex and is very close to campus! The Cedars staff is always there to help and is honestly such kind people! They really care about their tenants. They are easy and quick to get ahold of if you need anything! The apartments themselves are very nice and clean! ...

I think the one thing I like most is the great location, though I am definitely paying WAY too much for the living conditions. The pictures aren't exactly what you get because every apartment has a bit of a different layout. There are no bike racks, which were promised to be installed over 4 months ago and they still aren't here. This semester they gave the left over parking permits to The Pines and make a huge ordeal if you get a car mid-semester and need a permit so if you need a permit, get it as soon as you can. If you need to do laundry, DO NOT do it on the weekends, there are not early enough washers and dryers for the average amount of tenants. This complex isn't social as in they hardly ever do anything, maybe a party around Halloween and Christmas with the other complexes, but other than that you're on your own. If you are looking to live here, I strongly discourage living on any of the bottom floors because almost all of them have mold growing behind the beds. I loved living here for about the first three semesters or so, but after a while, you'll want a change of scenery. Some of the showers are men's showers meaning its a stand-up shower only, no tub which is really tiny too. If you are looking for a quiet place to live this might be for you, but I'd keep looking elsewhere because I'm sure you can find something nicer for the same price. Note that there are three private apartments, and those bedrooms are tiny, and you pay $1,400 for the same exact thing but a much smaller room and you have no roommate to share it with. I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...
