The Donnybrook apartments can be loud because of the neighbors. The maintenance of the apartments is not kept up. For example, paint on the ceiling is peeling and wall paper is ripped of walls. However, for the price donnybrook is a good place to live. They offer free parking which is nice. ...

My building did not have rats or roaches, however when it rained the wall underneath my window will leak. I was at a walking distance to campus and my building was right next to the shuttle stop so that was a plus during winter. Maintenance was good, customer service could definitely be better. They charged my roommates and I “pet damage” when we never had pets and charged other things just so we do not get our deposits back and we aren’t the first they do that to. Also they did not do much to help students during Covid-19. ...

I like Donnybrook for the most part. Location is my favorite part get close to campus and uptown. The price is also very cheap compared most college apartments in Towson. The only downside is that anyone is able to get into your apartment building and that makes me feel a little bit unsafe. ...
