Lived here with a couple that's why my rent is so low compared to the usual price of $637.50 per room. Utilities are cable and electric. Park on street or behind complex. Neighborhood is kind of sketchy. About a 9 minute drive to Monroe Campus. Walls are extremely thin, you can basically hear everything the person above/below you is saying or doing. Had several problems with my room when I moved in. Door didn't close correctly, fly issue in my bedroom, gate door to garden didn't lock or close properly and the hall closet containing the sewage pipe smelled exactly like that...sewage. I called the property office and told them of the problems, someone came within the week and fixed my door and the smell and claimed that the flies in my room were because of the hall closet. The smell left and the flies never did until winter. I called several times about the fly issue and no one returned my calls or showed up to fix the problem. Although the house is new and modern (which is really nice), the amount of maintenance problems, crappy neighborhood and paper thin walls do not make the price of $637/month worth it in my opinion. ...
