The staff is friendly and helpful during the application process. Any problems you may have, they solve quickly and efficiently. Every apartment is a little different (some have two floors, some have two bathrooms, some have a small patio, etc) but they are all very spacious and well kept. The complex itself is very well taken care off both by the management team and the people who live in it (neighbors). It's extremely quiet (even when the kids are playing outside) and everyone is respectful. Their is onsite laundry which is great, cheaper than any of the surrounding laundry mats, but everyone has to do laundry so it can be a bit hard to grab a machine sometimes. The location is great, you're like a 5-10 min drive from grocery stores, super centers, all types of restaurants, University of San Diego, San Diego Mesa & City College.
