The Moxy Staff particularly the manager of the apartment side is lazy. She is rarely on sight and responds to emails in a delayed fashion. Also, the apartment complex is so worried about losing residents that they tend not to deal with issues such as
noise or any other type involving confrontation. There is a lack of respect for the residents. The apartment complex would run more smoothly if they had a concierge service, someone always on sight to handle issues, and a demerit system.

Quite nice. It's a new apartment that is connected to a hotel. Lots of amenities. Requires a key fob to enter building, use elevator, and enter apartment door (can be annoying if you forget your key at any point).
