It was great when I was there. As a college student you want a space that will help you feel comfortable and flexible and these apartments do just that. I would recommend these apartments to everyone. It was an awesome experience.

I have lived in a studio apartment at North Point for almost three years now. It is cheap rent, especially if split with a significant other. But with cheap rent comes a cheap apartment. The appliances are out dated and often don't work like they should. The cabinets are laid out in a strange way and many things about the apartment don't quite make sense. There is a window air conditioning unit that does not work on the heat setting, and maintenance will not replace or repair it, and it is located right in the middle of the main wall of the apartment, which makes laying out furniture complicated and limited. There are also no windows. Some of the outlets do not work or are breaking, or have to be turned on with a random light switch. There are foundational problems and safety hazards with rusty nails sticking up from the patio flooring, which is rotting wood. The whole building's foundation is skewed terribly and therefore, the apartment is crooked and many parts of it suffer the consequence. That being said, it's a solid, quiet apartment complex to live in if you're on a budget and enjoy privacy and quiet neighbors. The management company is always nice and willing to work with us on rent if we are late or need time to pay it, and the electric bill is fairly low at this apartment. Overall, I'd recommend it if you're okay with a mediocre apartment for a cheap price! I don't mind living here but certainly would like to move somewhere nicer and bigger when I can afford it.
