My experience at Oakridge so far has been superb. I just moved in last month, and the staff has been super helpful and patient informing us of all legal matters, financial actions, and any questions we had through the application and move-in process. The grounds were just painted and the apartments are in great condition. There is minimal noise from neighbors and groundskeepers outside of the weekly cleanings on the grounds. I have fellow church members who live here as well, and they would offer the same review. There are no major bug issues. If you have your apartment sprayed, there will be no bug issues. The maintenance is speedy and fantastic. The only downside is that parking is limited and a little small, but there are no other issues I can report.
