I thought the Guy that handled the leases did a Good job and he even has all of the utilities included in the rent price for the rooms. The studio rooms were fully furnished and there was even Wi-Fi and Cable! It did take a while though to get a studio room at Shamrock Village Apartments because there is not that many studio rooms there. It probably took over 6 months for me to finally have a room because the people that work at Shamrock Village Apartments usually throwaway the applications after 3 or 4 months. You would have to make sure to remind the guy that handles the leases if you turn in the application ahead of 3 or 4 months when you want to move-in not to throw your application away. The studio room was very clean when I moved-in. Even the owner of Shamrock Village Apartments does a Great job helping out! I did not notice no bedbugs there. ...
