Although the apartments located on Saint Paul Court are not up to date, nor offer any high quality amenities, the location and rent charge are wonderful. Located in downtown, right off Broadway, those whom attend Spalding University only have a short car ride and can even walk, as I do. I am close to shopping, restaurants and night life to wine down after a busy week of school.
