The Flats was an awesome place to live my Freshmen year of college at FSU. I really enjoyed the high-end luxury appearance of the apartment. I was able to have my emotional support dog there which was a plus. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone attending FSU. ...

Very nice apartment with decent rental rates. The staff is very nice. They have been patient with everyone with the epidemic. I didn’t have any trouble getting them to allow my emotional support animal. Over all, great experience
