Ulake is very nice, I am not really a people person so having an apartment with only one other person for the price of another apartment's 4x4 apartment makes it that much better. Electricity and water are included with no caps which means you can have the temperature as low as you want and take the longest showers possible. I'm a tech guy so having all the power I need to power my gadgets is a must. The apartment is kinda small though, so make sure you know how to organize or else have fun navigating through this tiny apartment. The lake here is very nice and clean and the ducks give me a laugh as they waddle on by. My dog loves the dog park however it is very sandy so having the dog wash right next to it is very nice. The gym is also small so probably a good idea to use USF's or another gym. All in all great place to live. ...
