Living at university forest I've felt safe, and I know the people who work in the office and in maintenance, they are friendly and care about the tenants living at UF. It's usually clean and taken care of.

The staff members are always there for your needs from maintenance to simply needing to print a paper for class last minute. Every once in awhile will have stuff to do if you are bored such as carving pumpkins during the month of October. In this case, we did the pumpkin carving virtually, but nothing stopped us from having fun remotely. They handled the COVID-19 situation the best that they could and the club house is always clean! I wish in the future we can have in-unit laundry systems instead of paying every time though. Overall, this place has the best prices for your first apartment and I would recommend this to a friend if they are a student. ...

Calm and relaxed. Was rarely any problems with any of the residents there. Although, there were times where people would act a little rowdy, there weren't any issues with safety. Overall, 4.5 stars out of 5.

I am planning on moving here since it is related to our UHCL campus. I have been here before and I can say that it would be a great place to stay with it's calming nurturing environment. I can not wait to make the move and be able to finish school in peace. ...
