I lived at University Heights Baird Creek for a little over a year. During my residency I was not impressed with management. Despite poor management, University Heights is a great starter apartment for students and also gives students the college dorm life. Students rent a room and share common space with either 1 or 2 other students. It is a great opportunity to make long lasting relationships. ...

The apartments are nice. Depending on the unit, the price may be a little much. The location is convenient; close to grocery stores, UWGB and Bellin, and close to different shopping areas. Some of the neighbors are noisy, but that comes with appartment living. Communication between the property manager and the tenants could be much improved. Read your lease carefully. ...
