Honestly, a near-perfect apartment for off-campus living for a student for IUPUI or any other school in Indianapolis. Apartments are clean and well kept, the staff and maintenance are excellent at their jobs. The location to downtown is very nice while staying at a affordable price than other apartment complexes. The only gripe I have is the lack of parking on the lot, meaning you have to most likely park on the minmimual spots on the street next to the complex or the many more spots across the street. Overall I recommend Vivio on Tenth to any students who plan to live off campus. ...

There have been several new implementations and renovations done to the building which have made the living experience here better. I love how close it is to my job, my classes, and several amenities that are helpful for me.

I have lived at Vivio on Tenth for two years now and have had no bad experiences so far. It is a nice place to get an apartment and it is not very far from the IUPUI campus. I definitely recommend signing a lease here.

This apartment complex is just over the bridge from campus. Although it is walking distance it can be tough if bad weather. There is a public bus stop out front so easy travel around the city and can use to get closer to campus. You do have to pay for a city bus pass. The neighborhood behind the apartment is a little rough but there is a parking guard at night. The individual rooms are very small. ...

My experience has been convenient for college. I have been able to get my work done for college. I am able to live and be comfortable like I would normally live in my home town. The staff is nice about everything.
