Had 3 owners since '05; current mgmt is worst of all; all previous staff nice, but have left. Manager rude to everyone, except possibly new renters. Rent escalated tremendously since move in. Luring people in now with no deposit, free 1 mo rent; but planning $75-$150 mo. increase after "Luxury upgrade status" is completed this summer. No advance notice of rent increases. Require 60 days notice of leaving w/$$$ penalty if don't. Threatened others and myself Jan. 7 with $50 fine for not having X-mas lights off deck (no longer using at time). No notice of early office closings/holiday hrs, so can't get packages out of office. Parking is a nightmare. Units are nice, but noisy; abt 6 yrs old, but too small for rent amount, esp. 1 BR. Don't rent here! After lease is signed, end of friendliness and start of strict rules enforced to keep up "image". I rented from summer '05 through winter '08. ...
