If you’re considering moving in here, you may want to rethink it! The staff is rude and does not follow through with any promises made. The Airbnb renters are allowed far more amenities than the actual residents. For instance a resident is told they could only have one guest at the pool while an Airbnb renter can have as many as they want. It is loud, noisy, and generally a horrible place. The rent has more than doubled in six months. They wouldn’t allow us to pay for a second parking spot because they needed to leave them available for Airbnb people. Multiple cars were broken into in the supposedly secure parking garage. I can’t wait to be out of this place. ...
