TOW city! They LOVE towing peoples cars--residents, guests. No spots for hardly anyone UNLESS you pay for one of the few spots. They have tow company on speed dial and WILL tow you or one of your visitors with little to no notice. They will not call you beforehand. Happened to me more than once, happened to my guests, happened to our neighbors. Maintenance problems are common and slow to be fixed. You will have to call them or come by repeatedly to the office for any problem a bunch of times before you can catch them actually in the office. They hide and gate keep answering phones. They will charge you for damages at ridiculous prices and suspect occurrence. One office person will tell you one thing, swear by it, and then other will contradict the other and deny. (THIS is a frequent issue) Ronnie is completely uncaring and callous towards residents with any problems. They either avoid talking about issues or say they will do something and have a solution and then never do it, essentially say whatever they can just to make you go away. Previous management was the same way. If you move out expect to get hit with big bill for some kind of damages. Utilities are still high. DON'T MOVE HERE AT ANY COST! TOO EXPENSIVE! YOU WILL GET TOWED! YOU WILL HAVE MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS! ...

These people have no idea how to do customer service, provide safety, or understand the concept that the residents are their source of income. They have a super shortage of available parking spaces. They tow residents' cars all the time--people forced to park where ever they can since there is a shortage of spots that the apartment management has refused for years to address, while at the same time they offer PAID parking spots for jacked up prices. You WILL get towed one day UNLESS you pay for a designated spot. The apartment complex has two steep hills that are both too narrow and are dangerous when they ice or it snows and the management will not salt them apparently until at least one wreck occurs. The management is hardly ever on property, take off early often, and hardly ever answer the phones. These apartments have a lot of maintenance issues. The rent is SUPER high for the quality you are getting in every category except overall outside appearance. On the face of it the woodsy atmosphere would seem to be nice and worthwhile but this is one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever even heard of. The price should be half what it is for this quality of management and other issues. BUYER BEWARE ...

*Brown recluses and centipedes are common problem. *You car or your friends & family are very very likely to be towed by office people & it is something like $250. Do not be surprised if it happens a few times too. *Problems with maintenance from cheap kitchen fixtures to leaks & you name it. *Increasing crime in apartments. *People speeding up & down hills are extremely dangerous & nothing is done. *packages are just dumped in the Luxer mailroom & office people do nothing useful about it. *You will need a tracking device or detective to get ahold of apartment people for any problems in person or on the phone & I suggest you video conversation as evidence so they will not spin what really was said. *Office personnel are indifferent & full of excuses. *It is not so much that maintenance people aren't nice or trying to respond as it seems the sheer enormity of things that break & the office personnel just being champions at avoiding you or making excuses. ...
