When you sign a lease DO NOT EXPECT THE STAFF TO ABIDE! My lease had water, pest control monthly and common areas. No to 2 of them. When you call office, you have to tell them you need pest control at least 5 times! Most of the doorways aren't functional and the drawers too. ...
