Matt Loomis was the rudest leasing agent I have ever come across!! DO NOT RENT HERE. This was a scam!!!! I spoke to an agent and told them how much money I made annually, $45,000, and requested a quote for a unit I could be approved for by income. The agent agreed and sent me a quote. After applying and spending a few hundred dollars, my application was "delayed." So I called the office to see if I need to do anything else and Matt Loomis proceeded to tell me I should have never applied for this unit because I don't make enough money. I asked him to please help me receive my application money back because I felt mislead by one of his agents. Matt is the "leasing manager." He refused and said he "doesn't feel sorry for me because I should have read the application closer. He then continued to be rude. What kind of service is this? I would have been fine with an apology or just for him to say I know this can be a difficult process but there was a misunderstanding and we can't refund once your application has gone throughZ HE DID NOT HAVE TO BE A JERK!!! How would I ever trust this place or him??? You are a jerk Matt Loomis and you don't deserve to work with the public. Go work somewhere you can be rude to people!!!
