The A/C units only get 15 degrees above outside temp, so Texas summers make for a miserable experience in these apartments. Also we had our bike stolen off of our 2nd story balcony. The biggest issue by far though has been with our rent. One month we turned in a money order for half of our rent and they never recieved it. It seems that they DO NOT know what a money order looks like and will through it in the trash. They made my roomate go get another one AND they charged him an extra $50 late fee even though he showed them the reciept for the origional money order that was ordered BEFORE rent was deemed late. The staff will be very sweet to you at first then once you have been here for a few months they ignore you. I absolutely cannot wait to move from this place. The rent is cheap but now I see why.
