I rented this place for a year, at the beginning everything was fine, the landlord seemed friendly and respectful. The neighborhood was not very safe and nice, but the house was in good condition. I called coupled of times for maintenance and they took care of the problem. But after I moved out they only returned 150$ out of my 600$. making excuses and invalid invoices. they charged me for every little details. The dishwasher didn't fit into its place and I had to push it to close the door, that's what they told me to do and afterward, they charged me for it. Be careful and DO NOT Rent here. That's the problem with landlords, they charge you whatever they want without reason, even for the ordinary maintenance that they should do. ...
