Good day all, So we all know that the Beck is a pretty Awesome place to live. Sophia and the team make life here very easy to do. I witnessed a very soul crushing event on 9/1/22 involving Josh, and I am really considering breaking my lease. I have never seen this lady before, but heard she was from Corporate, the unprofessionalism, and rudeness blaring from this lady was unbearable! I went to pick up a a package and completely forgot it after witnessing this complete and utter disregard of others, I have lived here two years and never once have I unkind words from anyone in the office, it is always smiles and pleasantries when anyone walks in! I heard that Sophia is leaving and if this is the person that will be replacing her, not only will the rest of the staff follow but a lot of the residents will too. thanks for listening fellow residents, just had to get off my chest... Thank You, concerned Resident ...
