Easygoing, friendly landlords with an office in the building. Nice, quiet mix of neighbors--some older residents, some young families, some grad students, and a few others from BU. One of the best deals in Waco for a loft apartment if you have roommates. A little pricey without roommates, though, and bills do run high. But overall, it's been a great place to live. 2-5 minute drive to BU--no joke. Pretty cool. Covered parking is available, too, but you have to get one ASAP because they're usually full.
