This apartment complex has been undergoing some serious change...for the better! They painted my building last week and it looks like a new place. I know a lot of people get on these kinds of websites to complain, but I am really happy here. The management actually LISTENS when you need something and the maintenance guys are not CREEPERS! They came to fix my sink the other day and they put everything back where it was and even told me what they did when they fixed it. (This was a new experience for me!) I like this complex a lot and will probably renew my lease again. If you want a place to live that is actually quiet and with good management/maintenance and close to campus, I would recommend Laurel Ridge. I rented from fall '06 through fall '08. ...
