Under the previous management, I really enjoyed their attitude and deposition in the workplace. As well, I enjoyed all of the maintenance workers that I met as they worked on a series of issues in my apartment. There were some occasions where I strongly believe that the security could be improved - like that of the building entry doors. In my own experience, there was a time that a small group of men had gotten into the door behind me and were scoping out the apartment I was living in. When I left my apartment shortly after, they were standing not too far outside of my apartment. When brought up to management they did not seemed pressed to create any solutions for the issue. While I did have that negative experience at the complex, I did live there for four years and have few other complaints about the complex other than security. I do feel that the new management is more focused on the β€œluxury appeal” of the complex wanting to make new renovations to charge more that did not seem to be necessary. Living off-campus while I have been in school was make relatively convenient by this complex and was enjoyable overall. ...

However, the people working at the front desk were not well-trained as customer service was poor at times. The facilities like the gym and pool were rarely maintained during the school year and basically neglected during the summers ...

I have lived there for almost a year and I renewed my lease for next year because I love living there. The main balcony is so pretty at night with the lights and the environment is so peaceful yet so much fun.

Really affordable and lots of space. Has a washer and dryer in each unit, and each room comes with a bathroom. It's pet friendly, and you can get a balcony too. The rooms are fully furnished and you don't need to spend much on electricity because there's lots of natural light. The gym and study areas are nice, and we can print things for free. ...

Really affordable and there's lots of space. Get a fully furnished room and you save a lot on electricity because there's lots of natural sunlight. Plenty of Parking space in the garage and even if you don't have a car, there's easy access Spirit Bus. It's safe, free wifi and water, and one of the best places to live for college. ...
