Terrible place to live. Awful maintenance and management. I don't recommend it at all. I rented from fall 2018 through spring 2020.

I've lived here for since 2004 my husband is finally graduating and we can move out. We enjoy very much living here until JPI took over. The new propery owners JPI have raised rent a good 20-30%. The staff seems to be program to help you only if you've signed a new lease with JPI. other wise if you were with the old owners good luck. ...
