The location is great and lots of stuff is good. However every summer we are struggling with not sufficient AC cooling. When it is 100F outside we can't get any lower than 80-82F inside some of the rooms. The staff came to check multiple times, replace some small AC parts and it did not help. They just keep saying "This is normal, it's just hot outside". We asked other neighbors in Biltmore who lives on the 3rd floor and the situation is the same as for us - very HOT inside in Summer. However for the most of our friends that live in the other places the AC works good and can hold the temperature inside regardless of the outside temperature. AC spins all day and night long 24/7, all doors and windows are closed. Energy bills came close to 300$/months but the inside temperature is nearly impossible to work. AC blows pretty much warm from the vent holes on the ceiling. And its not even 110F outside. It's really hard to believe that this is NORMAL, cmon. Things from the gym are slowly disappearing as well as some of the neighbors bikes got stolen and sometimes packages in the locker room got opened and vandalized, but the management resisting to install cameras. The public hallways and stairs are not being cleaned at all unless asked and begged multiple times, full of dead insects, leaves, dust and spiderwebs. ...
