Office staff very unprofessional. Work order takes months to be complete. They never never anwer the phone . There always tash every where . When you go to the office and try to talk and resolve any issue they always make it bigger than what it is . Very incompetent employees. And when you tryin to leave they try to keep you at any cost. People scrashing your cars for any reason . People walking with guns around the place . No one say anithig . Drug dealers on bilding 3 and 4. I reported it nothing was done when i told them someone stop me trying to sell me drugs by the mail room . This place its a nightmare. Thats the reason i move out i cant raise my daughter in this place the schoo zone its great but not the place to live . ...

In the short time i have been here i have heard nothing but horror stories and seen lots of disturbing things. All the parking spots are so small that if you drive any thing larger than a compact car you may not be able to get in your car in the morning if someone is parked next to you, that is if you can even find a space. If you arrive home on a week day any later than about 830 pm there is a good chance you will have to park outside the complex gates and there is very minimal lighting in the parking lot and almost none on the street. Half the time the entrance gate is open or the keypad is broken. The walking gates are never working and someone has even gone as far as removing the locks form the walking gate. There is about 25 wild cats the complex cannot or will not get rid of, and have heard stories of them attacking 45lb dogs in packs while walking them. From talking to some of my neighbors i found that we have had 3 cars broken into in the last couple of days, stealing all they could from the car and then damaging one of the pars to the point it may be totaled out. When i moved in i reported multiple problems as have a couple of my neighbors ranging from ice makers not working to water damage to roaches and none of our problems have been addressed. It is my opinion that this complex puts on a nice front trying to get people to move in and the grounds look good for it being a 30 year old complex and will not tell you that in 3 months we are having the projects open up right across the street. I do not believe this to be a safe and secure complex and definitely not worth the money i am paying so if you can avoid it don't move in i am thinking of break my lease on the grounds that they cannot provide a safe environment, and will not be renewing if i cant get out. I rented from spring '08 through spring '08. ...
