The experience at dobie is not bad for the price point but there are many things that could be improved upon. The hot water and air conditioning had quite a couple of issues throughout the semester and the rooms are a little old. The price point is nice but they shouldn't require you to move in at the end of a month and have to pay a full months rent for that month. Dobie is a good place to live your first year of college. They host events to get residents connected and involved. There are issues that would come with living anywhere and aren't a deciding factor when choosing to live here.
