I just got married and this is me and my husbands first apartment together. We were so excited move here but its a big disappointment. When we rent our place Diana told us about their maintenance being perfect and so quick and she showed the pool to us before rent this place. Maintenance takes a month to show up to your place and fix something and the pool they showed us been closed for months, they didn’t open the whole summer. We moved here just couple months ago but already had so many issues. Dog park was the biggest reason for us to rent this place but they can’t even take the trash out for weeks and they can’t even replace doggy bags so no one is able to pick their dogs shit ?? It hasn’t even been 2 months since we moved here but they stole my husband’s bike from a gated parking garage. This is ridiculous because you pay $200 to park behind the gate. That gate always open. Anytime you let the office management knows about that they acting so surprised ? they haven’t send camera footage to the cops. It has been 2 weeks since this happened. First they told us some cameras are not working and at some point they started lying about all of the cameras are not working. After his bike stolen they break into my husband’s car 2 weeks later. Yeah this sounds crazy but definitely do not move to this place! When we talked about this to management we learned cameras still are not working which is a lie. We believe someone from the management who works there might done all of this since they are hiding the evidence. That person who break into the car went through the stairs how he had a fob? So many questions but management sucks they can’t answer one of them. Your packages never gets delivered to your door and people steal it from the mail room. So many neighbors talking about how people breaking into the cars and stealing bikes. Elevators and everywhere so dirty. Only your apartment is nice but who cares about that while you are not safe in this building. Management sucks and lying a lot. Do not move to this place! ...

I was robbed INSIDE THE CONDOMINIUM TWICE. It's not safe to live. The administration said that the problem was solely mine, that I should call the police and check it out. In fact, the administration is a bullshit, they only know how to say that they are sorry and that you are important to them, but they don't solve anything, if there is any problem there and they will simply say SORRY, but it's your problem, we are just here to sell contracts, nothing more. ...
