As a person who works from home, this is truly the worst place to lIve if you don't have constant stomping from the up stairs neighbors, you have kids running through the halls and stairwells yelling and screaming. And of course I hear it all due to the gaps in my door that allows this to be so. Having to constantly apologize to clients for the noise is ridiculously unprofessional and should be and ongoing and daily thing. Don't say you weren't warned. Oh and they took the charge off for the dryer I never received. Front office Kimberly has nothing but excuses with no resolutions. Never once have i called and got anything resolved. Not immediately nor later down the road. Just BS excuses. 10/01/21 and I moved in to these apartments in June and I STILL have no dryer. My neighbors are on house arrest with ankle monitors, homeless ppl sleep in the stairways, and trash is EVERYWHERE. My upstairs neighbors constantly stomps and I HATE living here ? Still don't have a dyer they keep charging me every month for Update Sunday July 25th : I legit walked out of my apartment to find homeless people sleeping in the stairways. I would call the front office but they don't return calls. Beware. After being here a month the customer service is STILL horrible, front office is STILL unorganized and basic problems I've been complaining about since day one STILL have yet to be fixed. My lease was never executed correctly by Isabel and I've been charged the incorrect rent amount which is more than the original rent I was quoted in office and even have emails showing lease was incorrect from the start. But, the workers wanted to argue back and forth instead. Now I'm here and knew this would be exactly where I would end up at. Glad I ALWAYS keep a paper trail. I've called twice within the past week. Left messages for manger to call me back with the same person who screwed up my paperwork in the first place. Now I'm leaving reviews. The apartment was not properly cleaned when I moved in like they said it would be. I was literally on my hands and knees cleaning base boards and bottom /inside of toilets. This says alot sanitary wise and CAF MANAGEMENT nor Essence at North Dallas do not care about COVID19. Apartment is poorly painted. My walls were still wet when I moved in and was not told this and I have damage to my property. The paint is now peeling and chiping off doors and walls.in other spots the paint dried while it was still dripping. The molding around doors and base boards are separating and cracked and you can clearly see were someone tried poorly to repair it. The wall paper on "wood" cabinets are already peeling off. the grounds are poorly kept. I live on the 2nd floor and when I look down from pato all I see is window screens and trash behind bushes. Trash is always over flowing while you can't even open the top off the recycle bin to put trash in. In conclusion with the traumatized moving in process, money wasted, time wasted, apartment not ready (*see previous review), Being charged more for rent than agreed on, the unorganized and unprofessional front office I have nothing good to say about these apartments. Please don't let the amenities fool you they put more effort into making them look nice instead of the actual apartment you live in. I still have no dryer. their charging me 25 a month for because it's on backorder. I wonder how long I have to call every month to get that credited to my account. Especially when I literally own my own appliances. When you rent apartments not ready by move in date and do a rush job to fix it up. You are subject to this BULLSHIT. Legal action will be taken. A 50$ bull crap gift card won't fix poor management, unorganized unprofessional and horrible customer service nor Wasted time and money. Just a big disappointment and let down is all you will get here. Filing BBB and Consumers complaints for the lies and stealing of tenants money. ...
