This apartment complex looks good from the outside, but looks can be deceiving!!! I moved to TX from FL for my job, and I only had 2 days to look for an apartment while I was here for the weekend. This place looked nice and the office staff was courteous...that's where it STOPPED!! I had read a couple bad reviews on the internet, but I thought they were kidding. When we got here from Florida after a 17hr drive, the office staff informed me that even though I paid for a month of rent and all of my security deposits, they would not let me move in until the following day because I needed to sign some paperwork, and no one was in the office for me to do so. Then, when we did finally get the keys, we got to the apartment and it was the COMPLETE wrong model that we were told we would be renting. After complaining to the front office, and another 2 hrs of waiting, we were given the option to either take the wrong apartment or move into a bigger apartment for $200.00 a month MORE!!!! Every thing had just gone downhill from there. The garbage disposal shot sparks. I put in SEVEN (not one or two) work orders to have this fixed, and it never was. The refrigerator froze everything (including milk) and I put in two work orders for this (Both times resulted in the complex calling me telling me what I should do to fix it, but never sending someone out). The sprinklers would come on every night at 3am whether it was already raining or freezing, leaving every area around my apartment in mud. Neighbors blared their car radios and home radios at all hours of the night. The back gate rarely worked properly, and it screeched everytime it would open, thus living close to it was a real headache. There is NO parking. Cars were stolen, and this wasn't even 1/2 of the problems I had. Needless to say, I moved as quick as I could (I only lived here 7 months) In this time, the office changed management 3 times.
