A real dump. They had rather lose a tenant than spend $1 on repairs. I rented from spring 2016 through spring 2017.

roaches live with you if you arn't extreemly careful and if you don't put out your own traps and roach killer. The apartments are old and smell a little funny. The walls are cracking, the carpeted is stained, mold grows under our sink. I rented from summer '06 through summer '07. ...
