This is without a doubt the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The manager, one Randy Mizzell, is a drunk and a layabout incapable of completing his tasks on time. The company that owns the place, Burton Real Estate, is run by two brothers (Rob and Mike) who obviously have very little interest in improving their complex at all, despite repeated visits. Avoid doing any business with the following people: Randy Mizzell (even as an employee, don't hire him), Eric Herman (a "supervisor"), Mike Burton, or Rob Burton. Do not rent an apartment at this place, since I left in May of 2008, it has only gotten worse, and promised improvements have failed to materialize, to no one's surprise.
