DANGEROUS! I wanted to be located by UTA with reasonable pricing. I would never bargain for something in place for my safety and health. I had a cockroach problem that persisted after the rodent lady came back 5 times. I had ants throughout the apartment that persisted for months and ate all my food including beef jerky that was in the wrapper. Consistently had the same thing broken and the maintance coming by and fixiing it for a couple of months. I saw a car on bricks because it got broken into twice! There is evidence of drug dealing!
