Please do not consider this complex. The office staff is great but their hands are tied when it comes to maintenance. We only have 2 elevators for a complex this size, one by the office and the other one, which has been down, not working, at least 75% of the time since I have been here. We have new owners but it’s very obvious that they have no plans to improve anything here, let alone a working elevator. ...

Do not let you loved ones live here this complex is horrible and only cares about money!!! Our father has passed away and his rent has been paid through the month of July! They have changed his locks and refuse to allow us access to his belongings so that we can bury him with his things! They have no empathy or compassion, we have a Will showing who the executors of his estate are and still refuse to allow us in stating we need to go through probate! You only need that when you do NOT have will, we called the courts and verified and were advised that they are out right lying!!! Please DO NOT live here if you can help it!!!! ...
