The worst office and maintenance staff. I had a water leak, call emergency maintenance line and office multiple times. Put in multiple work orders, took days for someone to come out and fix it. No one even bothered to show up and at the very least shut the water off. Due to that, it left my carpet completely soaked. The gates never work. They take forever to open. They are roach infested. There is no hot water. My AC went out multiple times. Staff is rude! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Pay the extra money for a better place ...

Please, for all that is good and holy, do not live here! There is mold in the walls, gangs in the complex, car thefts every week, no security guard OR working gate, and no fitness center (everything is broken though it looks nice vandals destroyed it in September of 08- they will tell you that they are renovating- that is a lie). To make it worse! Management is always rude and disrespectful! Workers will open your drawers if you are not there (they got into my panties while working on floor boards) and management does not care! They said they did not believe us, and too bad. I have been really sick lately, then found out it was mold! That started in December, now it is April and it still is in my walls! They won’t let me out of the lease or discount our rent. BEWARE OF THE OVERLOOK! They overlook all their responsibilities! I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
