Maintenance does a crappy job when doing repairs. It takes them several days to come out and fix anything. If they do come out and you're not home, they steal from you!!!!!!! Only one intelligent, decent person works in the front office--Kristen. She actually cares about the tenants. The other ladies don't. The security gate is frequently broken. You get assigned parking which is good for you, but there is very imited visitor parking. So your visitors will probably end up parking pretty far away. I had an ant problem from the time I moved in. I reported it several times. They finally came out to exterminate a week before I moved out. It started off decent here, and went downhill rather quickly. I won't ever live here again.
