- You like stepping in dog poop (They allow dogs, which is a plus for dog owners. However, they only have about 10sq ft of grass in the whole complex for all of them, and NO ONE picks up after their dogs. The management is too busy getting residents towed - see below - to bother enforcing that rule.) - You like being towed out of your own parking lot (They allow a tow company access to lots, and they're free to tow any car parked in an unassigned spot. While that seems fair - even though it's not very neighborly - the parking spots are very, very limited. So it seems there might be a better solution, like assigning all spots or only towing non-residents.) - You like being threatened eviction over the cost of lunch (The third month, I paid online and accidently paid $7 less than I should have. The next day there was a notice on my door saying I would be evicted if the $7 wasn't paid within the next three days. Well, the note certainly got the job done - I definitely paid the $7 ASAP - but it did nothing to put the leasing company in my good graces.) There have been several other problems since I've lived here, but those have been typical rental things that I can't complain too much about. I will say that the maintainance guys have been great. Oh yeah, this place is old, but that's to be expected with the price. The only thing it's got going for it is the price. For the location, you can't beat it, but be prepared to give up cleanliness and friendly landlords. I rented from spring '07 through fall '08. ...
