Current Resident

I have only been here since June 27th. In that time I have had NO AC and it didn't get fixed until July 10th. I had to rent an airbnb in that time and it costs almost 1000.00 for 5 days and the management only offered to pay for 1 night. My apartment was literally 85-97 degrees daily. They gave me window units designs for a 150 sq foot space. The leasing staff - Jennifer, Jennifer, and Denisse dont care about anything once you have signed the lease. Today I came home and there are Methylene Chloride fumes in my apartment from them doing another unit. They are not properly ventilating while they are working and potentially harming other tenants and do not care. Two other long term tenants here told me "this is just par for the course". The place is managed by Paramount Property Services which also manages Southwind and Flamingo....so beware and do not do business with them. ...
