I recently concluded a two-year stay at this apartment complex, and I can confidently say it was the worst living experience of my life. The initial management was tolerable, but everything spiraled downhill from there. The assistant manager is shockingly unprofessional and lacks basic manners. Maintenance operates without a set schedule, often leaving residents waiting for over three weeks for repairs. Trash and parking violations are consistently ignored, and the gate has been non-functional for over five months. Emergency maintenance is unresponsive at night, and even if they do answer, they ask residents to wait. Furthermore, the apartment was plagued by a persistent roach infestation that persisted despite multiple attempts to hire my own pest control. The entire place is infested, and the management's lack of action on this matter only adds to the laundry list of grievances. Living in such conditions is not only unpleasant but also unsanitary. My first-floor apartment leaked during rain, and the plumbing issues were so severe that neighboring sinks frequently overflowed. Despite leaving on time and abiding by the lease terms, the management attempted to withhold my deposit and charge additional fees based on false claims. Although the corporate office intervened, they only partially resolved the issue, and subsequent attempts to contact them have been met with silence – over 10 calls and 15 emails without a single response. Avoid this place if you value your sanity and your hard-earned money ...
