The interiors are well kept and look nice. The pool areas are clean and very convenient. The front office is very clean. The laundry room and car washes are ignored: the laundry room is dirty and a portion of the trim is destroyed exposing the wall's interior; Most of the overhead lamps in the car washes are missing and for those lamps left, the lens is not secured and about to fall. They do not keep soap in the car wash; only rinse is available. The parking is terrible. All resident parking spaces (except for the front office) are narrower than standard. Traffic is a headache: There are only two exits/entrances for the entire complex of 30+ buildings of residents. Residents of the back buildings have to traverse the entire complex to get out yielding to other residents backing out all the way. As an option, you can lease covered parking near the building but they do not police the parking lots nor do they enforce parking violations. Someone has parked in my reserved space three times in four months and the violator was never towed or fined. Handicapped parking is frequently abused. The exit gate often gets stuck so I have to leave through the entrance. I signed on with a $100 gift card incentive but I didn't receive my gift card until six weeks after I moved in after having to remind management many times that I was due. The apartment staff is insincere. Once, I came in to ask about changing my parking lease. Apparently, they changed operating hours to close at 6 instead of 7 so I was told I would be contacted the next day about it. No one called or sent an e-mail. I called back; no one answered so I left a message but no one returned that message so I had to call again. Once, my car was broken into. Two weeks later, I was told the entire complex and the neighboring community was stolen from as well. I rented from spring '08 through fall '08. ...
