Don’t move here, rent is cheap for a reason. They will not tell you all the issues that comes with the unit, unit is very old. Not insulated, infested with rats and roaches and bats, within the entire building. Landlord says pest control is done but not once did they ever come. Multiple times requested extermination and told one would be done which never happened, landlord lies about everything. And only responds when the 1st of them months arrives to get rent money then will not contact you back until rent is due again. Also stopped paying SAWS without letting any of us know. everyone went without water for over 2 months until code enforcement issues a notice to vacate due to infestation, and no water supply. Landlord would not respond to city so everyone had to move out after we all paid rent for the months, never gave us our money back and blocked everyone. Do not recommend moving here. ...
