These apartments suck. I say that from the perspective of a serious person and student. It is very noisy here, and people have no respect for others. Some students party at all hours of the night. They think that since they don't work, nobody else does. Some of us students do have to work and get sleep. The apartments themselves are beautiful and usually only minimally noisy on fridays and saturdays but its 2min. from utsa what do u expect. The parking is HORRIBLE whoever designed the parking lot was a moron. There are never any spots and just bc you pay for a space doesnt really mean its yours bc ppl will park in them anyway. As for the management ive always heard good things about greystar but im not sure my sources were credible. The office staff is usually nice with the exception of the assistant manager who is very very rude but there not very helpful my gate clicker hasnt worked for weeks and maintence men barge in unannouned and unwelcom when im not home.
